About me
As a Specialised Kinesiologist, my focus is Mental and Emotional Kinesiology.
While all practitioners share the foundation of muscle testing, each of us brings a unique approach to the work.
I was privileged to train in South Africa, where I qualified in modalities rarely practiced in New Zealand. This has shaped my niche: supporting clients in uncovering and releasing the mental and emotional triggers that often underlie physical symptoms.
I believe that symptoms are messengers—not problems to be fixed. Using muscle testing, I help identify the root cause, release the negative charge, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
In my own life, and in the lives of my clients, I’ve seen how powerful kinesiology can be in restoring balance, healing trauma, and addressing the mental health challenges so many face today.
Beyond healing, I am passionate about empowering people to step into their potential – Kinesiology is not only for recovery—it can also help optimise mindset, resilience, and personal growth.
MY BACKGROUND
I was born and raised in South Africa. I was in my twenties when I discovered Kinesiology and found it instrumental in helping me with my own healing process.
It was through Kinesiology that I was able to gain long term healing from asthma, bronchitis, and build the resilience I needed so that I no longer needed to be on anti-depressants or see a Psychologist.
The beauty of Kinesiology is that you can tap into the sub-conscious through muscle testing. This was more effective for me, as I could only discuss with a Psychologist what I was consciously aware of, but the muscle testing was able to surface emotions and traumas locked in the cell memory for balance and healing.
MY STUDIES
I was privileged to be affiliated with the Kinesiology Centre for International Studies (KwaZulu Natal) and to be trained by Gudrun Lauterbach and the facilitators she made available to us.
Kinesiology freed me from my own Mental Health bonds and various physical ailments, and I wanted to help others on their journey.
